March 14th & 15th, 2025
save the dates - Jackson Area, WY
Additional information and details coming soon! We are working on new and exciting plans for 2025. The dates are solid so mark your calendars for March 14th and 15th 2025. The snow run event will take place in Jackson, WY for those looking for lodging. The exact venue will be announced soon.
"Snow Run" History & Current Day
The Snow Run Tour started in 2006 in NY giving money directly to patients in need and grew into a multiple states tour.
Participants goal themselves for how many people they want to help as Pink Ribbon Riders gives $500 per patient in need. There is a free sign up period that gives you time to raise pledges towards your goal.
The event is open to men and women and includes the bra hunt that can be done by snowmobile, car, or whatever you are riding. The bra hunt grand prize is $500. Choose to do the hunt with a trail leader or venture on your own.
With multiple ways of participating you choose your level of fun and giving back to a patient. The event day is filled with fundraising games, free giveaways, bra decorating contest, and a packed party to round out the day.
Bra Hunt by car or snowmobile or take a ride with a volunteer trail leader
Friday:
- Specific details will be posted here when determined
Saturday:
- Event day agenda will be posted here
Snowmobile ride: If you want to just do the ride and not the hunt. We will ask you in your sign up for your riding ability. You can choose to go with one of our volunteers that know the mountains and the terrain. We will even be auctioning off celebrity riders for this part of the activity!
Bra Hunt: At check in pick up your “hunt” card and start the hunt for bra’s that are hidden through out the town. All cards must be turned in at the party.
Contests: All contest entries are checked in at the morning check in and instructions given.
Evening Party: The awards party includes food, music and awards for all the contest and a Top Fundraiser Recognition. A live auction is a crowd favorite here at the Wyoming Snow Run. It is suggested that you are ready for some fun bidding wars.
Fundraising - It's How We Give
Raising pledges is the key to helping those in need and is critical to the event. Fundraising is how we continue the patient assistance giving program.
We ask that each participant goal themselves to raise $500. This is the amount Pink Ribbon Riders gives to one patient in need.
And you can raise pledges to cover your sign up!
Ask 10 friends for $10, or turn in your recycle cans…every penny adds up. Goal yourself for $500 and help one patient.
Here is how simple it can be:
