Rules of Auction:
** The highest bidder on February
19, 2008 at 9:00PM EST will be the winner
of the limited edition Arctic Cat Pink Snowmobile.
The winning
bidder of this charity auction will be responsible
for any shipping costs, licensing, registration
and taxes of the snowmobile.
Notification to
winner:
The winning bidder will be notified
within 24 hours of the close of the auction
by phone and email, and the winning bidder
name will be posted on the Pink Ribbon Riders
website.
The winning bidder is responsible for contacting
Pink Ribbon Riders within three (3) days
of the close of the auction. (No later than
February 22, 2008)
Payment:
The winning bidder must make a payment of $500.00
(non-refundable) to Pink Ribbon Riders within
ten (10) days of the auction close, or their
bid will be void and Pink Ribbon Riders has
the option to go to the second highest bidder
to be then declared as the winner.
The winning
bidder will make arrangements with Pink Ribbon
Riders to have the Pink Snowmobile picked
up and or shipped. Shipping and or delivery
costs will be responsible of the winning
bidder.
The Pink Snowmobile
must be paid for in full prior to delivery
or pick up. Payment will be made in a cashiers/bank
check only. Credit cards, cash and personal
checks will not be accepted.
Requirements
to participate:
- You must be
18 years of age to participate in the auction.
- As
a board member of the Pink Ribbon Riders
or an employee of the Arctic Cat Corporation
you are not eligible for the auction.
- Volunteers
of Pink Ribbon Riders that do not hold a
board position to the Pink Ribbon Riders
may participate in the auction.You do not have
to be a volunteer to place a bid.
Responsibilities
of your bid:
By submitting your auction bid,
you will be held responsible for the amount
bid. Per the above
guidelines, you are obligated to
pay in full for the auction if you are the
winning bidder.

By participating in the auction, you give
permission to Pink Ribbon Riders to use your
name and state of residence as public notice
for the current high bid. The winning bidder's
name and state may be used for public use on
the Pink Ribbon Riders website, any and
all media publications, and press releases
regarding the Pink Snowmobile. The winning
bidder is responsible for contacting Pink Ribbon
Riders within three (3) business days of the
close of the auction. (No later than February

Pink Ribbon Riders reserves the right to have
a reserve price. Once the reserve price is
met, this will be made public on the auction
page.
Pink Ribbon Riders will not share your contact
information with any other organization. Please

Pink Ribbon Riders reserves the right to amend
